Restrictions and policies

Dogs are welcome so that you can fully enjoy your vacations in Mauricie with your companion.

The main conditions are as follows:

Only dogs are accepted.
Maximum of 2 dogs per chalet.
The presence of your dog must be confirmed at the time of booking or at the latest 72 hours before your arrival.
A crate must be brought by the owner (not provided by the outfitter).
Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the chalet.
They must never be left alone unsupervised. In your absence, they must remain in their crate.
Owners must pick up after their pet and ensure its good behavior at all times.

Dog access

Dogs are allowed:

in the cottages;
on the hiking trails;
in the rowboats;
on the pontoons.

Dogs are not allowed:

in the restaurant;
in the bar;
at the aquatic center;
on the beach;
on the terrace;
during guided activities.

This policy does not apply to service dogs (guide dogs).

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date: the deposit can be deferred to a later date, with no maximum use period.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: the deposit is forfeited and can neither be refunded nor deferred.
